At Dark History Tours & Experiences, we are keen to give you the best possible tour. This means we have the best possible tour guides. Now, unlike some tour operators, we don’t have a huge stable of guides; that is not our style – we prefer quality over quantity.
None of our guides work from a script; why would they when they all hail from professional heritage backgrounds?
All of our guides are freelance; they pay their taxes, insurance and other dues that living and working in Germany entails. We pay them a working wage; we don’t offer a “free tour” and expect our guides to beg for tips.
All our core guides have professional backgrounds in history, heritage or museum work. For us, the past is our everyday, our vocation. We are confident that you will see our passion shining through on your tour.
